Littelfuse P-0EAL Voice-DS1 SIDACtor Protection Thyristors are designed to protect baseband equipment such as modems, line cards, CPE, and DSL from damaging overvoltage transients. The TO-92 components provide a robust through-hole solution that enables equipment to comply with global regulatory standards. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The P-0EA thyristors feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, low capacitance, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings.
