These power MOSFETs offer 40V and 60V Drain Source Voltage (VDS). The NTD5Cx power MOSFETs operate at -55°C to 175°C operating and junction temperature range. These NTD5Cx MOSFETs are Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR free, and are RoHS compliant devices.
